Please reach out to folks you know who have a story to share either about their experience being uninsured, or about having insurance that didn't cover their needs.  Building a roster of such stories will help us to make our case with elected officials and the media, and we need your assistance.  We know this is a very widespread problem, but putting a human face on the problem by identifying these folks individually will allow us to make a more engaging case for reform with policymakers.  Click here to access our intake form that we are using to collect the stories.
